One of the other visitors here in Crawley has just exclaimed an apology in advance for "any orgasmic noises made during dinner." We have roast boar, gammon, lamb, multiple vegetables and of course my Christmas Pudding. Flambeed in Peptobismol probably.

CELTIC CHRISTMAS GOODIES

I do a few authentic British Christmas Cakes... covered with Marzipan and Royal Frosting every year as gifts. This year some folks made purchases of same and I sold 3. Last year I had 3 orders for Christmas Pudding, this year none. I use recipes from a 1930's English cookbook... where teaspoons means spoons used at Tea, other measures such as Tea Cup vs. cup was interesting.
