What's you're coming out story? How did you find yourself to be who you are?

Hmmm... Well, it has been on record that I am somewhat of a late developer - I came out at the tender age of 33 in 1999.  I tried a couple of girls, but never got into the sex thing.  But I also noticed I appreciated hairy men.  Being as all the gay people I knew were what I would now call "twinks", the closet door was well and truly locked.  And I was beginning to smell suspiciously of naptha.  And I had a fetish for various bits of gear, which I thought just left me as being plain wierd.  One day, I discovered the internet.  And Bears.  And gearfetish.com.  Finally, one March morning in 1999, I'm not sure what happened, but it was like a switch flicking over.  And I accepted myself as gay.  And haven't looked back since.
