hantsbearOkay, so the whole swimming thing is taking it's time to get into a rhythm. Started off well - went twice in the first week, but have only been once a week over the last couple of weeks. Growls from Nottingham have been persuading me of the wisdom of pressing on, so press on I shall. If nothing else, it's been doing wonders for my back.
At the moment, I'm only managing a pathetic number of single lengths, compared to some of the hairy torpedoes that go up and down the pool. But I'm not setting my sights too high, and I'm surprising myself from time to time, which is A Good Thing.
