Funeral Hearses For The Death Of Virginity...

Okay, so the title is a wee bit dramatic for a weekend in Manchester, but I've had the words going through my head all day.  Anyway, after an early morning flight up on Friday and leisurely late breakfast/early lunch at Manchester Airport, headed to the hotel.  Checked in and headed off to get an ankle bandage, then headed to The Outpost to get my registration vouchers and see who was about.  After a few drinks, I went back to my hotel as the other bears I had been talking to were heading off to eat.  I did not return to my room alone as I received a volunteer to massage my back... ahem.  Got changed and headed back to Legends for ten-ish, and bumped into The Cub (who I have not seen since he was terminated from employment) and others.

Saturday - spent the morning pottering around the city, after which spent most of the afternoon being largely ignored in the sauna.  Stopped at a Chinese Buffet on the way back to the hotel, and ended up spending the evening within running distance of the loo...

Today - general pottering.  Now waiting for my flight at the airport.  And that's it.  A reasonably uneventful trip, apart from meeting Martin Allcock on the tram (will try and add a link to him when I get home, but for now, he was briefly the keyboard player with Jethro Tull in the late eighties, and was also with Fairport Convention around the same town.  Can currently be heard on the new Yusuf/Cat Stevens album.)
