Giving Me The Evils...

So, I am sat here at work on a Saturday morning, knowing full well I won't get paid or time off in lieu, sitting supervising.  That's right, I have no work of my own that needs doing; I am just supervising.  There are currently two agents in catching up on work from in the week; one of whom used to be a member of my staff, and who makes Vicky Pollard seem like a saint.
