Anybody Would Think There Was a Hajj Going On...

The colour today, both at the hotel I stayed in last night, and all round Heathrow Terminal 3 today is white and minimalist - I'd forgotten that January is the month when the Hajj takes place. The devout are out en masse, but being a well ordered and quiet mass. Even when you have to barge through them to get to Security. Can't get used to this Buisiness class stuff - when I headed through the regular security channel, I was discretely pointed in the direction of the Fast Track lane. And the SAS/Air Canada lounge has one major plus over the Lufthansa lounge - free internet access. All I have to do now is await boarding for the flight to Montreal; then transit for a flight to Toronto. Yes, I guess I could have gone direct - I guess that's the hazard of using Frequent Flyer miles. For now, an armchair and a cup of tea beckons...
