Kinda bare now, isn't it? Did you take out the tall shrub on the left out completely? I'm in favor of trimming, but it looks like you gave your garden a shave.

WOW, you did a HELLUVA job! I'm im pressed (two words). Now that you can actually go out there and enjoy it (think tea, book, laptop) you can think about what would make the space more pleasant and enjoyable.

An outdoor sling might be nice.

Definitely need to paint the wall and fence. I recommend some hardy annuals in pots - and the chair, drink, laptop suggestion is an excellent one!
