Saturday Night At The Movies...

I never used to be a great movie go-er, but this year seems to have been a bit of an exception. Sure, one pleasure is to have breakfast over at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth on a Sunday morning , followed by a movie (try it!), and it's best not to go in the evening by yourself, but I think I may have developed a habit...
Rocky Horror Show, The Loft, Tucson AZ. Annual pilgrimage (or so it seems, now) at Fiesta de los Osos. As ritualistic as the CyberAmish Pie Ceremony...
The Pacifier, Cinemark, Provo UT. Afternoon out with Clifford - not exactly film noir, but it worked a whole lot better that anything Schwarzenegger ever did...
The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy, Vue, Portsmouth. Waited years for this; not disappointed. I defy anyone not to leave the cinema humming "So Long, And Thanks For All The Fish...!"
Star Wars III, Vue, Portsmouth. M'eh. Call me jaded, but the next three are much better. Only worth watching to see the story arcs close.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Vue, Portsmouth. Loved it, loved it loved it. So much so, that I saw it twice.
Bewitched, Apollo, Fareham. Shoot Will Ferrell. Keep Nicole Kidman. Otherwise light and frothy.
Not exactly Jonathon Woss, but what the hey...
