Like A Roller On The Ocean, Life Is Motion...

I took a deep breath and took the plunge last night.  Despite splitting amicably with Clifford (utahmtnbear ) earlier in the year, I was still ringing him every week.  And, to be honest, it wasn't doing me any good whatsoever.  So, I told him I would not ring so often and, more importantly, he knew how to ring me if he wanted to talk to me.  It hurt like hell, but it had to be done...

Note To Self...

...missing two days worth of Effexor when you are at a particularly low ebb is A Bad Thing.  Dear Beloved Aged Parent just called, all excited because he was just back from Australia and he gets two barrels of depressed me fired straight back at him.
