More damn insomnia. Throat actually seems to be getting worse, not better - to such a point last night even speaking in a whisper was painful. Problem is, I can't sleep with my mouth shut at the moment, as despite liberal doses of Fluticasone, both nostrils not firing on 100%. Painkillers working ok, but I'm worried about having to attend an Emergency Room to get it sorted out. May have to discuss this potential option with Clifford tomorrow.

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Any chance you can contact your doctor back home and have him call in an order to a local Rx? (Sometimes my doctor is booked up, so he'll return my call, get my symptoms and call the pharmacy with an order...not the ideal situation, but better than nothing)

Right have you tried the hot ginger beer or the sweet sherry (for gargling as used at Covent Garden) or washing your sinuses out with salt water, that should at least unblock you.

I don't think a US pharmacy can accept a prescription from a UK doctor.
