Maybe bear_with_me can help me with this one...  What is it the American media has against British teeth??  As evidence I offer Austin Powers and the episode of 'The Simpsons' where Lisa has to have a brace fitted.  I mean, I have perfectly good choppers; regularly maintained (okay, I should floss more than I do...) and only one filling that I can think of.  Answers on a postcard please...
