A Very Swedish Utility Room...

As part of the continuing "Koala Occupational Therapy" program instigated by rock_bear , the utility room painting was completed today... ( Clicky, clicky!!! )

And so, after much persuasion, and hand-on-shoulder/serious eyebrows conversations with rock_bear, I finally took the plunge and mentioned my sleep problems to my doctor this afternoon, who promptly referred me to the local sleep lab (probably in Portsmouth) for tests for Sleep Apnea.   He seemed quite encouraged that my BMI was not as high as he thought, but still, I shall await the appointment letter...
