Saturday Morning Mooch...

It started with me writing down on a piece of paper "I sometimes think I'm lagging behind everyone else..." I think it has a lot to do with the fact that compared to a number of other people's existences, my 38 years on this planet have been a somewhat dull affair. This elicited Stern Eyebrows and a slight growl from Russ. He then proceeded to draw out of me things I have done... such as re-enacting, fanzine editing, newsletter editing, creating my own living history characters, travelling, helping to organise a living history event...

And I realised that perhaps my life hasn't been so boring after all.

And maybe my big adventures are happening or about to happen...

Someone got me a birthday cake with candles n'all this year... somehow that and the card with the g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s bear wrangler on the front made my birthday week that little bit more bearable this week.
